A-Basin

Brent and I have been wanting to go skiing for quite some time.
It has been 5 years since we last went if that tell you how long.
We finally went and took Hunter and Sienna along and put them
in ski school. We went to Arapahoe Basin which is about a 2 hour
drive from our house.
We have been trying to figure out what to do with the 2 little ones
and finally asked Ember to watch them.
She willingly came down the night before
and then watched them the whole day.
Literally the whole day, we left at 6 a.m. and got home at 6 p.m.
We were all pooped, sore and as happy as can be.
Thanks so much Ember for taking such good care of my girlies
and giving us the opportunity to have such a great day.

The weather was great, except for the wind at the end of the day but
Brent and I were spent by then anyway.
Hunter got to move on from the little carptet to the magic carpet
which made Sienna a bit sad
(Hunter told us she would have gotten to if she didn't take so many breaks).
Hunter also went on the mini lift and said
that he likes skiing better than skating
and that he wants to do it everyday.
We replied that he better count himself lucky for going this time
for it about ran us dry, but it was well worth it.
